The most important aspect of the job is the safety of your passengers, your fellow crew and of course yourself. Flight Attendants are highly trained in safety and security so that in the very unlikely event of something going wrong, you are prepared to take action. As a person, we expect you to: Be service minded, flexible and enduring Have a positive mindset and a high energy level Be cooperative and independent There are also legal requirements that you must meet: Normal vision and hearing and good physical and mental health A height between 160 centimeters Ability to swim minimum 200 meters without assistance No criminal record without remarks Technical aircraft proficiency Minimum 18 years of age
We additionally expect you to:
Fluent in English both spoken and written Have a finished high school education or equivalent Preferably experience from the service industry Cabin Crew training: Topflight provides you with training. The training costs NOK 35 000,- and takes approximately three weeks. The training ends with an exam that you must pass to hold a Cabin Crew Attestation; CCA. You will then be registered in Topflight database for hire out or employment in different airlines whenever required. The training will among other things include: Emergency training and CRM First Aid Service and sales training Punctuality and good service attitude Ability to work independently and accurately High work capacity, robustness and flexibility Caring - Reliable - Committed - Stability Training Courses for Cabin Crew are held at Flyporten, Gardermoen with a duration of three weeks. Course price: NOK 35,000. (We have an agreement with Svea Finans) We look forward to receiving your application!
